On 19 January 2013 the amendments to the On Restoration of Financial Solvency of the Debtor or Declaring the Debtor Bankrupt Act of Ukraine (hereinafter - the Act) will come into force. These amendments were introduced by Act of Ukraine No.4212-VI of 22 December 2011. The main novels introduced by the said amendments can be summed up as follows: firstly, the Act extends the possibilities of early detection of debtor's insolvency and introduces the notion of out-of-court rehabilitation.
