EU integration processes in conjunction with globalization pressure recreate conditions of conducting business thus, public transport companies are especially exposed to external shocks. Proposed regulations are to implement solutions in areas of transport system organization and financing through promotion of economic efficiency, transparency and competition. In respect to public transport financing in Poland, State Aid issue seems to be of principal importance, thus it is crucial to implement practices that are in line with EU regulations.
