The study includes the analysis and assessment of the changes which occurred in the directions of investment expenditures of 500 biggest enterprises in Poland per different sections of business activities (PKD sections). Furthermore, the share of 500 biggest enterprises in total investment expenditures in national economy has been determined. The attempt to assess the differences between comparable structures of investment expenditures has also been made.
